How We Redesigned Our Hiring And Onboarding
A couple of years ago, we brought on my sister Lydia, who was transitioning out of healthcare as a nurse and looking for a part-time role.
Her joining our team completely transformed our hiring and onboarding process. Having someone internally dedicated to this, especially at our current size, has made a huge impact on our business.
