Brad Jenkins is a 25 year veteran of the energy efficiency industry.  His professional experience in the industry covers a very wide range of services from waste recycling to lighting manufacturing to sales leadership at industry leading design/build contractors delivering energy and water efficiency projects to most recently, energy as a service programs.
Brad graduated from Bowdoin College and lives in the Boston, MA area.

Mr. Kirchhoff serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Epsilon Industries.  In this role, Mr. Kirchhoff is responsible for all revenue-related initiatives and activities for Epsilon, a 20-plus-year leader in the off-site construction market.  Epsilon delivers mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular prefabricated format, optimized for streamlined on-site installation.  Their systems range from standard commercial offerings to extremely complex custom-designed systems, and are delivered to a broad spectrum of customer industries.  Prior to joining Epsilon, Mr. Kirchhoff’s 30 years of industry experience include roles in consulting engineering, the services branch of a major equipment manufacturer, and running a regional construction management operation.

Taylor has spent the last ten years serving commercial and industrial (C&I) customers in their operational decisions regarding sustainability, resiliency, energy cost reduction, and third-party finance. He has developed, delivered, and financed more than 500 megawatts in distributed energy and utility-scale projects for his clients. Serving and managing C&I across a broad spectrum of industries, Taylor has showcased the ability to develop energy-as-a-service projects with velocity and at scale focused on the long-term and strategic needs of the clients he serves.

Jerrod Arnold joined the SFF Team in November 2021. He was in BUD/S Class 251 before becoming a combat medic and joining SEAL Team 2 where he deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Europe. He finished his active duty time as cadre at TRADET-2 Assault Cell, culminating with 9 years in the Navy. Jerrod has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biblical Studies with a minor in ancient Greek and Hebrew, as well as a Master’s of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. His roles at SFF include conducting intake calls and mentorship for our Career, Education, and Community Pillars. He also administers SFF’s Community App and leads our weekly Campfire Chat and Bi-weekly Bible Study.

Dan Hering spent nearly 40 years in the ESCO Industry serving in various customer facing and leadership roles with companies such as Honeywell, Siemens and AMERESCO, last serving as Director of Business Development for AMERESCO in the southwest US.

Dan graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1978 where he studied economics & psychology.

In retirement Dan is pursuing service opportunities by assisting the SEAL Future Foundation in educating transitioning Team Guys regarding career opportunities in the ESCO Industry and educating the industry about the talented leadership pool exiting the Teams.

Prior to RENEW, Charlie was at C-Quest Capital, LLC (CQC) a carbon finance business dedicated to originating and developing high-quality emission reduction projects that provide superior returns for investors and energy services to low-income communities in Africa, India and Latin America. Charlie helped launch CQC’s Global Cook Stoves Program.

Prior to C-Quest, Charlie was a principal at SCRC, an investment manager focusing on sustainable infrastructure (energy, waste and water), with an emphasis on emerging markets. Charlie also founded and scaled two social ventures, including Alternatives for Community & Environment (ACE), the largest environmental justice center in the Northeast, where he served as Co-Director until 1998 and on the Board until 2004. In 1998, Charlie founded the Urban Ecology Institute at Boston College, and served as its Executive Director until 2008. Charlie taught in the Environmental Studies Program at Boston College until 2010.

He has published numerous articles on environmental law, environmental justice and environmental policy. After graduating from Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law, Charlie clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Charlie is a recipient of the Echoing Green Fellowship and Barr Foundation Fellowship and was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Law Review.

Pam Maines leads the Zero Energy organization and provides full oversight as subject matter expert. Pam has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry with her recent experience focused on renewable energy and energy reduction for large commercial and government clients.  Pam’s first-hand experience working with clients in regulated and deregulated markets in both renewable and standard electric supply has brought hundreds of transactions to close and projects to completion. Clients look to Pam for project valuation, best practices, risk management, cost-benefit modeling, and transaction and contract structuring. In addition to her depth of experience, Pam has a valued and extensive contact network, which enables finding the best in class solutions for the greatest client value. Bringing fair and cost-effective solutions to clients is the number one priority.

Driven by his belief in a brighter future, the Global Network for Zero Co-Founder, President, and CEO Mahesh Ramanujam convenes a coalition of leaders dedicated to progressing society toward greater ESG compliance and ultimately a zero greenhouse gas economy. An investor, convener and unifier with decades of experience leading global technology platforms, Ramanujam focuses on integration and interoperability for optimal results in the sustainability sector. 

Experienced in both nonprofit and for profit sectors, Mahesh helps businesses, communities, cities, buildings and infrastructure to realize their ESG and net zero commitments. 

As President and CEO of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) and the global technology platform, Arc. Mahesh led the movement for transforming green building standards to ensure public health, equity and environmental sustainability in communities across the world. At USGBC, along with Network co-founders Sarah Merricks and Scot Horst, Mahesh set the gold standard for global green building certification and credentialing. In an effort to place greater awareness and adoption of human health and wellness performance markers, he future proofed the internationally recognized LEED rating system with a more rigorous and ambitious certification process, one that included the overdue and necessary decarbonization requirements for a net zero reality. Prior to his tenure as President and CEO, Mahesh served as the COO and CIO of USGBC, during which he ushered in a new era of groundbreaking programs.  

A respected thought leader, Mahesh regularly delivers keynotes at large events like Greenbuild, where he has secured and interviewed high-profile guests like former presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, Amal Clooney, Dan Levy and renowned architect Bjarke Ingels. Mahesh’s writing has been featured in international media outlets and publications, and includes opinion pieces on climate change, ESG and investment, technology and policy. 

His USGBC work was preceded by leadership positions at IBM and Lenovo, where he led several business transformations programs. A graduate from India’s Annamalai University with a degree in Computer Engineering, Mahesh always leads with an emphasis on inclusion and bridging divides.

Hamilton comes to Alpen with experience driving nationwide adoption of LED lighting and other energy-efficiency investments in commercial and industrial buildings. During a time when LED technology was new and virtually unknown, he advanced the end-user knowledge base, addressing a market need that lead to widespread implementation. Hamilton's sales and leadership tenure at his previous organization, Dalkia Energy Solutions (formerly Groom Energy), contributed to nearly 10-times sales growth over a 10-year period. Earlier in his career, he held multiple senior sales positions with Plan4Demand, a supply chain consulting firm.

Alex Grace is a subject matter expert in smart building technology, big data analytics, and their impacts on building operations. He currently leads the go-to-market strategy execution at Clockworks Analytics, a global building analytics platform. He has spoken at many national conferences on energy efficiency and analytics and is a published author in the textbook "Automated Diagnostics & Analytics for Buildings.”

Chris Angelou is an accomplished Executive with a proven track record of leading companies to year-over-year growth in revenue and profits. Broad experience in all aspects of general management and sales development; including specific focus on developing, executing, and managing strategic partnerships and product development/innovation. Forward-thinking team leader with superior execution skills to grow the bottom line. Known for creating global innovative brand/market strategies. Currently leading the effort to shape facets of the clean energy industry and determine the direction of these emerging markets.

For 18 years, Eric has been working to help companies understand the importance of energy efficiency in commercial and industrial buildings, building lasting relationships and partnerships along the way.  Eric's expertise in energy management and sustainability has helped countless businesses reduce their energy consumption, cut costs, and minimize their environmental impact.   Through his work, Eric has become a trusted partner for companies of all sizes, helping them to implement energy-efficient solutions that improve their bottom line and benefit the planet. His ability to build strong relationships and partnerships has enabled him to collaborate with businesses across a range of industries, from manufacturing and retail to healthcare and technology.  Eric graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Operations Management) from Bridgewater State University.  In his spare time, you will find him hanging out with his family or trying to figure out what the next best sports card is to collect.

Jeremy Garfield is the Chief Sales Officer for Airmatic Compressors Systems, Inc.  In this role, he provides strategic and tactical direction to the Airmatic sales team with the goal of growing the equipment, service and installation businesses,  while providing customers and employees an excellent experience.

 A veteran of the energy and equipment industry,  Jeremy started his career at Ingersoll Rand Compressor Group, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in the sales and management tract for 13+ years.  After IR, Jeremy spent a decade as National Director of Sales at NORESCO Sustainability Services, growing the national energy audit, commissioning and LEED services businesses. 

Jeremy graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor degree in Economics and University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).  Jeremy is the father of four great kids and 24-year husband to his wife, Kelley.  If you can’t reach him, he’s likely at the Jersey Shore, or in the woods on his mountain bike.

David Korn, P.E., is Vice President and Co-Founder of Ridgeline Energy Analytics. He is a Senior Engineer with over 30 years of experience, whose work ranges from evaluating utility efficiency programs, to auditing and metering electricity usage in buildings and building systems, to helping investors establish savings levels of their projects. Previously he was Vice President of measurement and engineering at The Cadmus Group where he supervised 90 engineers and technicians (2011-2018). He oversaw an engineering laboratory that tested the energy efficiency of products and systems, including long term metering of lighting systems. David led teams that developed metering technologies for commercial and residential load analysis. He also led solar teams that performed quality control inspections on commercial and residential solar PV installations. He helped set voluntary energy efficiency standards for equipment, including water coolers, air conditioners, heat pumps, roof-top units, dehumidifiers, computers, and battery charging systems.

Nancy Dickson is president, co-founder and CEO of Ridgeline Energy Analytics. She is a senior project manager and program evaluator. As CEO, she handles planning, implementation, and oversight of Ridgeline’s project activities, staff coordination, contract negotiation, tracking, and reporting. Previously Nancy was a program director at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. There she worked with senior leaders from academia, government, and business to address problems facing the energy, health, agriculture and water sectors. She served as co-founder and co-director of the Sustainability Science Program at the Center for Business and Government. This $22M cross-university program engaged over 50 faculty from 6 schools and resulted in over 400 publications and the training of 135 fellows from 30 countries. Her work has been published in numerous journals, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Science, and by MIT Press. She holds an MRP in environmental planning and a BA in government from Cornell University
