Mr. Kirchhoff serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Epsilon Industries. In this role, Mr. Kirchhoff is responsible for all revenue-related initiatives and activities for Epsilon, a 20-plus-year leader in the off-site construction market. Epsilon delivers mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular prefabricated format, optimized for streamlined on-site installation. Their systems range from standard commercial offerings to extremely complex custom-designed systems, and are delivered to a broad spectrum of customer industries. Prior to joining Epsilon, Mr. Kirchhoff’s 30 years of industry experience include roles in consulting engineering, the services branch of a major equipment manufacturer, and running a regional construction management operation.
Taylor Oswald - Principal & National Practice Lead for C&I - Viridis Initiative

Jerrod Arnold, SEAL Future Foundation and Dan Hering, Retired ESCO Leader

Jerrod Arnold joined the SFF Team in November 2021. He was in BUD/S Class 251 before becoming a combat medic and joining SEAL Team 2 where he deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Europe. He finished his active duty time as cadre at TRADET-2 Assault Cell, culminating with 9 years in the Navy. Jerrod has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biblical Studies with a minor in ancient Greek and Hebrew, as well as a Master’s of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. His roles at SFF include conducting intake calls and mentorship for our Career, Education, and Community Pillars. He also administers SFF’s Community App and leads our weekly Campfire Chat and Bi-weekly Bible Study.
Dan Hering spent nearly 40 years in the ESCO Industry serving in various customer facing and leadership roles with companies such as Honeywell, Siemens and AMERESCO, last serving as Director of Business Development for AMERESCO in the southwest US.
Dan graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1978 where he studied economics & psychology.
In retirement Dan is pursuing service opportunities by assisting the SEAL Future Foundation in educating transitioning Team Guys regarding career opportunities in the ESCO Industry and educating the industry about the talented leadership pool exiting the Teams.
Charlie Lord, Managing Principal - Renew Energy Partners

Prior to RENEW, Charlie was at C-Quest Capital, LLC (CQC) a carbon finance business dedicated to originating and developing high-quality emission reduction projects that provide superior returns for investors and energy services to low-income communities in Africa, India and Latin America. Charlie helped launch CQC’s Global Cook Stoves Program.
Prior to C-Quest, Charlie was a principal at SCRC, an investment manager focusing on sustainable infrastructure (energy, waste and water), with an emphasis on emerging markets. Charlie also founded and scaled two social ventures, including Alternatives for Community & Environment (ACE), the largest environmental justice center in the Northeast, where he served as Co-Director until 1998 and on the Board until 2004. In 1998, Charlie founded the Urban Ecology Institute at Boston College, and served as its Executive Director until 2008. Charlie taught in the Environmental Studies Program at Boston College until 2010.
He has published numerous articles on environmental law, environmental justice and environmental policy. After graduating from Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law, Charlie clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Charlie is a recipient of the Echoing Green Fellowship and Barr Foundation Fellowship and was Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Law Review.

He is a Senior Engineer with over 30 years of experience, whose work ranges from evaluating utility efficiency programs, to auditing and metering electricity usage in buildings and building systems, to helping investors establish savings levels of their projects. Previously he was Vice President of measurement and engineering at The Cadmus Group where he supervised 90 engineers and technicians (2011-2018). He oversaw an engineering laboratory that tested the energy efficiency of products and systems, including long term metering of lighting systems. David led teams that developed metering technologies for commercial and residential load analysis. He also led solar teams that performed quality control inspections on commercial and residential solar PV installations. He helped set voluntary energy efficiency standards for equipment, including water coolers, air conditioners, heat pumps, roof-top units, dehumidifiers, computers, and battery charging systems.
Nancy Dickson is president, co-founder and CEO of Ridgeline Energy Analytics. She is a senior project manager and program evaluator. As CEO, she handles planning, implementation, and oversight of Ridgeline’s project activities, staff coordination, contract negotiation, tracking, and reporting. Previously Nancy was a program director at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. There she worked with senior leaders from academia, government, and business to address problems facing the energy, health, agriculture and water sectors. She served as co-founder and co-director of the Sustainability Science Program at the Center for Business and Government. This $22M cross-university program engaged over 50 faculty from 6 schools and resulted in over 400 publications and the training of 135 fellows from 30 countries. Her work has been published in numerous journals, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Science, and by MIT Press. She holds an MRP in environmental planning and a BA in government from Cornell University
